Fantastic hotel staff that were friendly and always ready to help, a free minibar that was stocked once a day with generous amounts, free internet in the room and a 24/7 free business centre. To top if off the all inclusive breakfast was also excellent. The location from the Frankfurt central station was literally a stone's throw away and a hub of trams and underground stations surround the hotel which make it a very accessible location. I enjoyed my stay.

Very very close to the train station at Frankfurt which we needed to access early the next morning. Great breakfast. Plenty of space in the bedrom area and the bathroom was great too.

very clean room - across street from central station - incredible breakfast buffet included - great price - i was on the quiet side of hotel and slept great - fan was in room - mid july and temperature in room was excellent! - free minibar was great - free drinks including beer.

It was perfect for my needs.

Free mini bar, great location right next to the train station, great Irish pub across the street, and close to a very good street meat fair that goes on during the day, staff was very friendly, 24 hour reception.

Mini bar didn't get restocked, elevator was from 1901.

This Hotel is just across the street from the south exit of the main Frankfurt train station. We had a great 4 person room for our family with a bunkbed for the kids. We did not find that the negative comments expressed in other reviews applied. There was no smell of smoke and the street outside was not that noisy and the room was very clean. The breakfast buffet was the most extensive of the four hotels we stayed in , in Germany. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Oh, and everything in the mini-bar was free!

The elevator was very slow, but we used the stairs instead except when we moved our luggage in and out.

I like the frankfurt susage cooked in the breakfast. I also like the free internet access and free sodar water.

The funiture is old and the reception staff is impolite.

Elevators are slow water temperature in the shower doesn,t stay constant

Plus points: Free minibar ( 2 beers and soft drinks), and central location in Frankfurt.

Bad points: Parking is expensive (25 euros a day) near the Station as there is no Hotel parking available. Hotel is better if you do not come by car. Room itself was fine, although a bit cramped.
